TOMATO JAM

Our jam is produced on our farm from whole pieces of fruit cut by hand. Ripe tomatoes are used for its preparation, perfectly combining natural sweetness and acidity. It has an aromatic, wonderfully flavorful sweet and sour taste that can be combined in many ways in the kitchen, creating a unique gastronomic result.

INGREDIENTS: Tomato 50%, peach juice 10%, grape juice 40%, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Made from 50 g of fruit per 100 g of jam.
Packaging: Net weight 280 g
