02 Apr Pastafrula with evlogia jams
- 3-4 ph. flour for all uses
- 1 fl. powdered sugar
- 250g of butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg whole
- Some lemon zest
- A pinch of salt
- An egg yolk whipped with water
- 150 g Evlogia Strawberry jam
- 150 g Evlogia Peach jam
- 150 g Evlogia Cherry jam
We put all the ingredients In the mixer bin, apart from the jam, and start whipping until a smooth and supple dough is created. The dough must be whipped, at first, at low speed and then at high speed until it dries. If desired, wrap the dough in a transparent film and place in the refrigerator for one hour.
Take out the 1/3 of the dough and spread it over to a buttered tartar, covering the walls.
Put the jam over the dough and with the rest of the dough, make strips to decorate the lemon paste.
Bake for about 45 minutes until the dough is baked.
