13 Mar Green Salad with dressing of orange evlogia jam and ouzo
Materials for four people:
- Pomodoro tomatoes
- green salad
- Evlogia orange jam with ouzo
- Olive oil
- Evlogia afrala Salt (The finest and purest kind of sea salt)
- Katiki cheese (Creamy goat cheese)
Pour half a teaspoon of evlogia salt and two tablespoons of olive oil at the base of the salad dressing. Cut the cherry tomatoes in the middle and place them in the salad bowl.
Pour half a teaspoon of evlogia salt. Boil the greens and let them cool over the tomatoes.
Whilst preparing the dressing, (take into account the actual proportion of the pomodoro tomatoes). To prepare the dressing use one or two tablespoons of evlogia orange jam with ouzo and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and some vinegar.
Once this is ready, we pour it over the Pomodoro tomatoes and the greens. For decoration, we pour one or two tablespoons of Katiki cheese and a bit of evlogia orange jam with ouzo
Alternatively, any green salad can be used.
