Green salad with jam and mastic

Materials for four people:

  • green salad
  • evlogia jam with mastic
  • manouri (creamy goat cheese)
  • Pine nuts


In a pan, roast the pine nut for three minutes. At the base of the salad, put evlogia salt evlogia and some oil. Now season the green salad, along with the pine nuts, with the Evlogia salts. Use a bowl and put a large tablespoon of evlogia cherry mastic jam and mix.
Once the dressing is done, put it in the salad along with the grilled manouri. To top it all up put some jam on top of the manouri.
