Ingredients
4 slices of bread
2 tsps. Dijon mustard
6 slices cheese
8 slices ham
2 Tbsps. Evlogia Fig spread with Walnut aroma
Pepper
2 Tbsps. olive oil
1/2 cup of arugula (rocket)
Method
Spread one teaspoon of mustard on 2 slices of bread.
Put 3 slices of cheese and 4 slices of ham on each bread slice.
Add some pepper.
Spread one teaspoon of Evlogia Fig spread with Walnut aroma, on the other two slices of bread.
Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
Daub both slices of bread with some olive oil and put them on the sandwich toaster, for about 5 minutes, until the bread turns golden and the cheese has melted.
As the final step, add rocket, and it’s done!
